So who am I?  I'm the agent you just met at the open house.  The one you think is clueless and won't notice that you left a fake email address and that you are afraid to talk to.  After all, we all know if you ask a question, I'm going to "sell" you this house..... and you really hate this house.  Worse, when you you try to tell me no, I'm just going to grab you by the legs and hold on for dear life. Actually, my name is Carl Adams (about.me/carlradams) and I have been helping buyers and sellers connect for over 17 years in the suburban Philadelphia market.  Specifically, I specialize in the communities of Swarthmore (Swathmore Real Estate), Wallingford (Wallingford Real Estate), Media (Media Real Estate), Upper Providence (Upper Providence Real Estate), Havertown (Havertown Real Estate) and the surrounding communities.   You can expect five things from me as your agent - I don't believe you can be "sold" a house.  The house you will ultimately buy will say "wow" to you the minute you walk in the door. Talk to me - there are no dumb questions.  I promise you will have every bit of information you need to make your purchase and decision comfortable.  This is a big deal!  It is not a car that you can trade in if you change your mind.  You will sleep at night when you decide to buy your home. Patience - this may not be a quick purchase, unless you want it to be.  I have had clients take 10 years and I had one client that bought the very first house they looked at.  They also had to sit down and tell me why we were not going to look any further.  The honestly made me nervous;initially. Care - I want you to get the right house for you and at minimum for your five year plan.  I don't really want you to call me in two years and tell me you hate your house and want to move. Peace of mind.  In your house, your decision to buy it and in my abilities to get you successfully and comfortably through the journey.
