Foreclosures take special care. Delicate handling of the displaced tenants or owners. Correct pricing and making sure the i's are dotted and the t's crossed. Not expecting to find trash in the basement, definatly not something a new buyer wants to deal with at closing. One call to Brown Hauling and a "I'll take care of it Carl". Happy seller and happy buyer, all in a days work.
